Base granular and asphalt removed to sub-base material throughout the parking lot. Replacement of sub-base material in depressed/heaved areas. Site grading changes to address water ponding and to direct surface runoff to edges of parking lot. Clearing and grubbing, excavation of unsuitable material, subbase preparation, base granular and asphalt expansion east for future detached garage and additional parking stalls. Line painting for improved parking lot layout. Installation of water, sewer, electrical conduit to location of future detached garage. Site lighting upgrades for the new parking lot.
