Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Work under this contract includes the replacement of existing roofing system at link area between Frank Kennedy Centre and Joyce Fromson Pool, modifications to building envelope at affected west façade of Joyce Fromson Pool, installation of new rainwater leader system, removal of asbestos containing plaster from ceiling and walls, provision of new fur-out walls, acoustical tile ceilings and lighting within East Link (210, 211cor, 211A, 211Ast, 211B, 211Bcor) and Corridor 150cor. Documents are available at https://umanitoba.bonfirehub.ca/ * Only those companies, who are on the list of Pre-qualified General Contractors of University of Manitoba, are eligible to bid this project.
