Structures and Building and Construction and Manufacturing Components and Supplies ID BPM038782 The City of Gaithersburg is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to provide materials, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and necessary supervision to replace damaged wood siding, storm windows (City Hall location only), wood trims and repaint the entire wood exterior façade to match existing at the following two locations: 1. City Hall (wood façade building) 31 S. Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 2. Wells Roberson House 1 Wells Avenue Gaithersburg, MD 20877 Existing wood siding was installed using the Shiplap pattern and City assumes the siding is made from the Pine lumber. Existing conditions shown in attached exhibits are for reference only. Bidder responsible for reviewing existing conditions to understand the scope of work. All questions regarding this solicitation must be in writing and submitted through e-mail to the Procurement division at procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov. Offeror Questions Due in Writing: August 2, 2023 by 5:00 PM All questions regarding this Solicitation: (i) shall be submitted by email to the Procurement Division, at procurement@gaithersburgmd.gov; and (ii) shall be received by the date and time specified in the Solicitation Schedule. The solicitation number and title must be included in the subject line of the email
