ID BPM038779 This work consists of providing pre-scheduled Roadside Tree Trimming/Removal in Queen Anne's County on an as needed basis, specifically MD18A, MD18B, MD18(H, I, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z), MD835(A, B, C, F, G, H, I, J, K) MD552, MD802, MD8 and to be utilized year-round for one calendar year (Sept 2023 - Aug 2024). MDOT SHA is requesting bids on Tree Trimming/Removal on 8hr workday basis. Small business reserve. Please mail in your bid. Do not email, fax, upload, or call-in your bids. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes Vendors are responsible for assuring that their bids are delivered to the specified location before the deadline for receipt of bids, including those delivered by U.S. Postal Service. Oral, fax, telegraphic, mailgram or E-mail bids will not be accepted. Bids, requests for withdraws, and modifications not received by the time and at the place indicated are late and may only be considered in accordance with COMAR 21.05.02.10. No pre-bid conference will be held. All questions before or after bid opening may be directed to the Procurement Officer designee Keith Rhodes at the Centreville Maintenance Shop via phone or e-mail. A site visit to review conditions on State Highways in Queen Anne's County is highly encouraged prior to bidding.
