Site work and paving for a road / highway in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work for this project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for the placement of a CRS-2P 3/8" chip seal on existing paved roads, and fog sealing of new chip sealed roads within various areas throughout Yavapai County. Total estimated quantity of area to receive a CRS-2P 3/8" chip seal is approximately 469,388 square yards. The total quantity of fog seal coat is estimated at 46,939 gallons. Project locations include: Congress, Forbing Park Area in Prescott, Seligman, Camp Verde, and Cornville. Re-establishing of existing paint striping and markings, where applicable, is also included in this contract and as specified on the plans. Bids shall include all applicable taxes and must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in the amount often percent (10%) of the contract price bid, made payable to the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. Bidders shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State ofArizona that apply to the performance of this contract.
