Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Westphalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a 3,600-square-foot municipal facility.
New Administration / Maintenance Facility It is the bidder's responsibility to deliver his proposal at the proper time, to the proper place. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the work to the lowest, responsible Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. There will be related site work, including demolition of an existing structure, concrete walks, retaining walls, parking and grading 1. Before making their bid, bidders shall carefully examine the Drawings and Project Manual and inspect the building site to make themselves thoroughly familiar with all of the requirements. 2. Bids to be submitted on a copy of the enclosed form. 3. Bids shall be made by filling out the Form of Proposal including a Bid on each and every Alternate listed on the Proposal. No qualified bids will be accepted. Bid Bond to be included. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work. The Fatima School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein.
