The City of Victoria requires soil disposal services for two Service Categories: Service Category 1 - Dry Stackable Soil that exceeds the limits listed for Residential Low Density with application of Groundwater used for Drinking Water of Schedule 3.1 - Numerical Soil Standards of the Contaminated Sites Regulation (CSR) B.C. Reg. 375/96 Service Category 2 - Hydroexcavation Slurry of varying qualities. Proponents are required to specify what soil quality criteria (as per BC CSR) they are able to accept. All enquiries regarding this proposal must be directed to Osric Dhoubhadel, Senior Buyer, Supply Management Services, by email to purchasing@victoria.ca. All questions should be received at least 5 (five) business days prior to the closing time. The City reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal at any time and for any reason, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or suffered by any Proponent as a result of that cancellation.
