Site work for a water / sewer project in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the following major work items: 4,010 - square yards of a 7-inch thick concrete city street with cul-de-sac, 2,800-feet of 12" water lines, 640-feet of 12" sewer lines and two storm sewer culverts. The work by Contractor will consist of furninshing all supervision, transportation, material, tools, equipment and labor necassary to complete the project as per the project documents, including but not limited to the plans and specifications. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety is required to be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Sulphur Springs Hopkins County Economic Development Corporation or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as per value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The SSHC-EDC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by SSHC-EDC for a period not to exceed 90 calendar days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award Technical questions should be emailed to Shawn Napier, PE, EST, at shawnn@estinc.com or call 903.723.6307.
