**As of August 18, 2023, project was awarded to Big D’s Construction, Inc, but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Richland, Washington has issued the above mentioned invitation for bids for the Badger Mountain Park - North Parking Lot project. This project includes, but is not limited to, all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to perform the construction of the Badger Mountain Park North Parking Lot. The City of Richland in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. Bidders who are Minority-owned and Women-owned Business Enterprises or Section 3 Business Enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. The project includes all materials, not specifically listed as Owner-furnished, labor tools and equipment necessary to perform the work required. This project includes construction of the Badger Mountain North Parking Lot. The work includes, but is not limited to site clearing, installation of erosion control measures, new underground infrastructure, site grading, asphalt parking lots, parking lot striping, concrete curb, gutter, and pathways and other work to complete construction of the Badger Mountain Park - North Parking Lot, as shown and described on the plans and specifications. Additive 1 includes additional work to complete phase 2. Additive 2 includes additional work to complete phase 3. Depending on funding, the project may be built in 1, 2 or 3 separate phases. Engineers Estimate: $850,000 to $950,000 (base bid plus additives). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
