Renovation of a municipal facility in Nespelem, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the service of a licensed general contractor or licensed contract manager to prep, excavate, and renovate an office/shop building for the CTCR Fish and Wildlife Program. The contractor will manage the project from start to finish with coordination and advice from the technical representative appointed by the Tribes Requests for interpretation/clarification of this RFP must be emailed to Kelly Singer, kelly.singer@colvilletribes.com. Unauthorized contact with other tribal employees regarding this RFP may result in disqualification. All oral communications will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the Tribes. All questions must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m., PST, July 31, 2023. All responses will be posted on the online no later than 4:00 p.m., PST, August 1, 2023. The Tribes reserves the right to request any respondent clarify its proposal or to supply any additional material deemed necessary to assist in the evaluation of the proposal. It is the Contractor's responsibility to check the Tribes' website for the issuance of any amendments prior to submitting a proposal response The Colville Tribes Fish and Wildlife Department seeks the services of a licensed general contractor (GC) to administer and renovate an office/shop building in Inchelium, Washington. The building sits on Tribal Trust land, Tract number 101-T5585-A, Section 12, Township 32 N, Range 36 E, in Ferry County on a total of 15.05 acres Contractor will work with Wildlife Mitigation staff to determine the most cost-effective renovation. Requires engineered renovation for a Wildlife Office/Shop Building (Structure A: Figure 1). The building is approximately 110' wide x 60' deep (see Figure 2). The shop is a steel framed structure that is approximately 95' x 60' x 25' tall with below grade gravel floor, while the office is steel framed and about 15' x 54' with a concrete floor and looks to be an add-on to the shop. The estimate should include expenses to acquire all permits associated with the renovation of the building. All lighting should be LED and eco-friendly. The preference is to utilize eco-friendly materials and designs when possible.
