Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Euclid, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of September 1, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 5, 2023. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities that may occur in the bidding process. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
