Reference Number 0000325479 The City of Southfield has an immediate need for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Services for backup power requirements. The city currently has UPSes that are approaching end-of-support. These UPSes are supporting critical equipment and services for city operations. The project consists of the following required services: Replace and disposal of 29 UPSes in IDF (Intermediate Distribution Frame) Closets Allow for remote monitoring via web cards. Ensure equipment has an initial three (3) year warranty and provide pricing for up to five (5) years. Offer energy efficient solutions to cut energy consumption Assign a Project Manager (PM) to manage this not-to-exceed budget and monitor the installation of the UPS units.
