The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to obtain information from capable and experienced firms as to their qualifications and their ability to provide the required services to the City of Fort Worth and to obtain firm pricing to meet the needs of the City. The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year with the option to renew for four additional terms of one year (1) at the sole discretion of the City. There will be no minimum work guaranteed under this agreement; however, a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 will be in place. All requests for an interpretation of the RFQ must be made in writing and submitted to the Code Compliance Department, Environmental Quality Division by fax, regular mail, or e-mail (preferred), at any time up to seven (7) calendar days prior to the time of the opening of qualifications documents. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. No oral requests for interpretation will be answered.
