Emery Park Maintenance Buildings Roof Replacement NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, MBE/WBE, Apprenticeship program, and Local and Disadvantaged Workforce requirements may apply to this project. 1. The work of this project includes but is not limited to the renovation of existing Emery Park Maintenance Buildings Roof Replacement. Contractor shall provide demolition to the existing roof system(s), chimney removal as indicated and door and siding removal at the Sheriff's Building (Alternate G-1). 2. Provide Standing Seam Metal Roofing System and EPDM roof system at locations indicated, masonry repointing, exterior siding, painting and door at Sheriff's building (Alternate G-1). Contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, and the performing of all work in accordance with these specifications and the drawings. B. The Work is located at: 1.
