Renovation of a civil project in Pollok, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: Replace overflow w/ 8" PVC Replace platform floor Spot repairs at inside painter's ring and tank ladder Related misc. work. The deadline to ask questions is 8/06/2023 11:50 PM CDT. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to Central W.C.I.D. may be submitted in lieu of Bid Bond. Central W.C.I.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by Central W.C.I.D. for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. Commencing construction on or before September 15, 2023 and completing all Work by November 17, 2023. BIDDER further agrees to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $ 120.00 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in Section 15 of the General Conditions.
