Description

Site work for a civil project in Newport News, Virginia. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of February 12, 2024, a design team has been identified. All proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with successful design, construction, commissioning, and the evaluation of the efficacy of technically complex inflow reduction projects. Technical questions should be submitted through as an online discussion. Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide professional services including engineering, technical, and support services necessary to design and construct the Inflow Reduction Program - Phase II. The goal of this Inflow Program is to reduce sanitary sewer overflows and salt water within the sewer system through the cost-effective reduction of inflow. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
