Demolition, site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Miramar Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Project consists of the demolition of an existing fire station and a new approximately 10,000 SF fire station, including engine bays, fire house, temporary equipment shelter, site work, utilities and drainage. Regulatory Requirements: State of Florida shall govern submittal, opening, and award of bids. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtain after September 14, 2023, by contacting the Architect. Documents will be provided to prime prequalified bidders only; only complete sets of documents on a CD in PDF format will be issued.
