Scope of Work. The contractor will furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, and services, to perform the Statement of Work specifications included below. 1.2. Introduction. The contractor will provide an on-site maintenance plan and service contract for the professional grade audio/visual (A/V) systems in Boyd and Hoover Auditoriums at the Air Force (AF) Officer Training School (OTS) located in Bldg. 1487 at Maxwell AFB, AL. (A001) A/V equipment quality levels are defined as follows: Consumer, which includes equipment, aimed to the home market, Industrial which is designed for mid-grade or large commercial use (church, boardroom, large auditoriums, etc.) and Professional or Broadcast which is designed for large scale theater/auditoriums or video production facilities. Professional equipment/software will always be provided for both Boyd and Hoover auditoriums. 1.3. Description of Services Required 1.3.1.Auditorium Maintenance Scheduled and Unscheduled (Firm Fixed Price CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) 1.3.1.1. The contractor will ensure the A/V, and all components and systems in Boyd and Hoover auditoriums always provide professional quality and durability through constant use. This will be accomplished without any delay with the exception of Acts of God. (CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) 1.3.1.2. The contractor will provide quarterly and annual service reports to OTS and the Contracting Officer (CO). These reports will include at a minimum report of all help desk calls, trouble tickets, preventive and corrective maintenance completed and planned for the next year. Reports will contain incident summaries, metrics, trends and any and all other data useful for tracking resolution efficiency, nature of fault, etc. These reports are vital in foreseeing future issues and determining what works best in maintaining the highest readiness of the audio-visual systems. (A002) (CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001) 1.3.1.3. The contractor shall provide service coverage of the complete and total A/V systems located in Boyd and Hoover Auditoriums. Definition of service coverage will be defined as 100% warranty, maintenance, and repair of everything relating to the audio visual, VTC equipment, and all components and systems in Boyd and Hoover auditoriums, no matter when the problem is identified (scheduled or unscheduled), at no extra charge to the government. When parts replacement is required, and warranty coverage has expired OTS will procure parts and the contractor will replace with that equipment. (CLIN 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, 4001)
