Saving Project...

Site work and outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field in Parsippany, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field.

Work consists of the furnishing of all supplies, materials, equipment and installation/labor to retrofit MUSCO lighting system at Smith Field Park, specifically the soccer field located at the corner of Rt. 46 and Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Township of Parsippany Troy Hills, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, must be deposited by the bidder together with a Certificate of Surety evidencing that he can obtain the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to deliver to the Township an executed Performance Bond and Payment Bond of the responsible Indemnity Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The Township of Parsippany- Troy Hills reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the bid of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Township further reserves the right to consider all bids for sixty (60) days after the bid opening before awarding a contract.
