BID SPECIFICATIONS: Reroof area over Clerk's Vault Room in Hemphill County Courthouse *Initial work by Electrician: Disconnect electrical conduits only. Lay aside on the ground. *Initial work by HVAC Contractor: Run computer check on all units/capture the data. Pump down/capture/weigh freon. Disconnect freon lines/remove freon lines. Disconnect communication lines. Set all units on the ground/they must remain level. *Work to be done by Plumbing Company: Remove 2" drain bowl. Install a 4" drain bowl for additional drainage. ***Work done by Roofing Company: Sweep off all gravel and haul away. Tear off old hot tar roof and haul away. Install a #75 base sheet to the Gyp deck. Install a layer of 2" ISO insulation in hot asphalt. Install a 1/2 " wood fibered coverboard onto the ISO insulation. Install a #74 base sheet with hot asphalt. Install a modified cap sheet with hot asphalt. Reroof all parapet walls. Install cant strip. Install a layer of #75 base sheet. Install a finish layer of base flashing. Install new 24-gauge prefinished meal wall cap. Reset all rooftop units in exactly the same spot. Reinstall all electrical. Reattach all roof top unit lines/recharge with new freon Run Computer diagnostic on roof top unit
