Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.

The Project consists of but not limited to: Roofing replacement of two separate buildings, the Marblehead Police Station and Marblehead DPW. Both buildings have flat roofs with various assembly types. Much of the scope includes roofing restoration whereas other areas include total replacement and various repairs associated with the roofs at each building. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Roofing, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. 6.1 The Town of Marblehead has set goals for achieving equal opportunity and Affirmative Action applicable to this Contract. The Contractor shall make positive efforts to achieve: 1. A minority employee workforce hour goal of 10 percent. 2. A woman employee workforce hour goal of 6.9 percent. 3. A goal of 8.25 percent participation of minority-owned business enterprise. 4. A goal of 2.09 percent participation of woman-owned business enterprises.
