Ross Correctional Institution (RCI) General Renovations/Boiler/HVAC Project includes the replacement of all hot water boilers, HVAC upgrades, and various controls, plumbing, and electrical improvements. Contractor is responsible for bidding and phasing the project such that all awarded scope of work is started and completed in a single cooling season (April 15-October 15). The institution can accommodate up to 3 separate crews, working in 3 separate buildings at a single time. Contractor's bid price should reflect the above project phasing and timeline requirements. No bid will be accepted if it cannot meet the above requirements. Contractor will be responsible for any cost incurred for temporary heating if the above conditions are not met.
