All questions related to the Bid or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to Christopher Hull, Superintendent of Facility Services, hullcr@ci.staunton.va.us, no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 25, 2023 Provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision to remove the old metal standing seam roofing system and install a new 1 Double Lock Standing Seam Roofing System to The Cochran Judicial Center in accordance with provided specifications. The City of Staunton is seeking written bids from qualified Class A contractors to replace the existing standing seam metal roofing system at the Cochran Judicial Center with a 1 Double Lock Standing Seam (DLSS) metal roofing system. Right is reserved to accept or reject bids on each item separately or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, to negotiate contract terms and options with the successful low bidder, and to contract for the bid to other than the lowest bidder in the best interest of the City of Staunton.
