The Town of Peterstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein The following will be required for the faithful performance of the contract: a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, with a corporate surety approved by the Town of Peterstown Or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. All bidders will be required to certify, indicate, and acknowledge that he/she has all appropriate licenses and meets all qualifications required by the statutes of the State of West Virginia, Monroe County, and the Town of Peterstown. Bids Peterstown Game Courts. The Town of Peterstown is now accepting bids for the construction of a basketball court, two pickle ball courts, a parking area and walkways located in the Town of Peterstown at 335 Market Street. *This project has been identified as part of a stimulus package
