The Shade Systems Must Integrate With Existing Hunter Douglas Shades Installed at the Site. Detailed Information and Technical Requirements of the Purchaser’s Current Shade Systems and Specific Equipment is Provided in Appendix a, Existing Shades at 360 Portage. the Current Shade Systems and Specific Equipment Will Need to Be Maintained. Swing Stage and/or Teupen Boom Lift &/or Vertical Manlift Are Available on-site and Would Be Needed for Access. South Atriums (Swing Stage Available and Required for Access) as Well as East and West Facades Sample Repair Tasks Include (Non-exhaustive): Item 1 Manual Roller Shades Fabric Repair or Replacement Chain and Cog Gear Repair or Replacement Item 2 Electronic Shades - Roller and Horizontal Motor Replacement Fabric Repair or Replacement Lift Tape Replacement Perlon Cable Guides & Anchor Sleeves Repair or Replacement Set Limits for Proper Operation Louver Tilt Lift Repairs Term: 2023/09/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2028/08/31 01:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
