Swing Stage and/or Teupen Boom Lift &/or Vertical Manlift Are Available on-site and Would Be Needed for Access. South Atriums (Swing Stage Available and Required for Access) as Well as East and West Facades Sample Repair Tasks Include (Non-exhaustive): Item 1 Manual Roller Shades Fabric Repair or Replacement Chain and Cog Gear Repair or Replacement Item 2 Electronic Shades - Roller and Horizontal Motor Replacement Fabric Repair or Replacement Lift Tape Replacement Perlon Cable Guides & Anchor Sleeves Repair or Replacement Set Limits for Proper Operation Louver Tilt Lift Repairs Term: 2023/09/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2028/08/31 01:00:00 AM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
