The Rochester Housing Authority (RHA) will accept sealed quotes for Sewer Line Cleaning Building "K", at Harriet Tubman Estates (William Warfield Drive,) In Rochester NY RHA is requesting bids for a plumbing company to clean and investigate the apartment drains and sanitary sewers in Building 'K' at the Harriet Tubman Estates, 280 Upper Falls Blvd, Rochester, NY. There are 23 buildings at the site. Building 'K' consists of 8 units. This project will be to perform a drain and sewer cleaning, plus camera inspection of Building 'K'. Based on the information gained, the scope of work for the other 22 buildings can be more accurately determined. This initial investigation will help us better determine the conditions, scope, cost estimate, and whether a Vactor truck is needed for cleaning the site's main sewers. The RHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any informality/technicality, in any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. Bids may be held by RHA for a period of time, not to exceed 90 days from the date of the Bid Opening.
