Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Stephens City, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction of a Pickleball Court pad (128'x68') and handicap parking pad (20' x24') to include curb stops and above ground signage. SPECIFICATIONS Contractor is responsible for familiarization with the site plan. The project shall consist of all materials, labor, and equipment required to meet the proposed scope. Work should be substantially completed within 120 days of contract date. Allowances for weather are acceptable. o See attached plans: o Pickleball Court Sherando Park dated: 6/27/23 To include but not limited to, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, grading, fill, stone, asphalt, signage, curb stops, and SWM requirements (including Ground Disturbance Permit). o Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. o Insurance (per guidelines below) will be required. o Note 1: Installation of Landscape Plantings, Fencing, Nets, Posts, and Painting of courts and parking shall be the responsibility of others. o Note 2: Performance Bond can serve in lieu of a separate Ground Disturbance Permit bond
