Reference Number 00003641942 This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Hydronic Systems Treatment services. The intended purpose of the bid is for year round services, testing and treating of all City HVAC and Ice Plant hydronic systems. The systems include: 18 - Closed Loop Boiler Systems, 6 - Closed Loop Chilled Water Systems, 5 - Heat Pump Loops, 4 - HVAC Cooling Towers and 3 - Ice Plant Cooling Towers. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) Years. If required, and when mutually agreeable between the parties, additional services may be renewed under the same or similar terms and conditions for a successive two (2) year period ("Renewal Term"), which shall be in effect for not more than one (1) Renewal Terms.
