Renovation of a municipal facility in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Fleet Garage Fall Protection System. The City of North Bay is seeking quotations from qualified and experienced firms to act as Design-Builder for the design and installation of a dual rigid track fall protection system at the Public Works complex in North Bay, Ontario Canada. Originally constructed in 1977, the building #2 maintenance garage at North Bay's public works yard then received an addition in 1997 and another in 2011. Design-Build services resulting from this RFP will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the provision of preliminary and detailed design, construction contract drawings and specifications, and the supply and installation of a fall protection system and associated structural attachments/upgrades required to support the fall protection system and accommodate a future crane. Modifications to the existing ductwork and process piping but included in the scope of this project.
