The Authority seeks to enter into contract with one qualified vendor who is able to provide services as outlined in the attached solicitation document. The purpose of this Quick Quote (QQ) is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to establish a term contract to provide lawn and grounds maintenance services to the Virginia ABC locations Store 165 - 550 East Liberty Street, Chesapeake, VA 23324-2633 and Store 280 and Regional Office 8 - 1103 South Military Highway, Chesapeake, VA 23320-2343. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: August 1,2023 through July 31, 2024, with the option of four (4) subsequent one (1) year renewals. SERVICE/DELIVERY LOCATION: Virginia ABC Store 165 - 550 East Liberty Street, Chesapeake , VA 23324-2633. Virginia ABC Store 280 and Regional Office 8 - 1103 South Military Highway, Chesapeake, VA 23320-2343. All inquiries for information should be directed via email to the Contract Officer listed above. All inquiries must be received in writing on or before July 21, 2023, no later than 1:00 PM (EST).
