The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to engage a contractor to furnish and install luxury vinyl flooring at the Park Managers Residence located within Leesylvania State Park, 2001 Daniel K. Ludwig Dr., Woodbridge, VA 22191 within Leesylvania State Park. Award will be made to one bidder on a grand total basis. The awarded Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision to replace flooring at the Managers Residence located within Leesylvania State Park. All materials and installation work shall comply with these specifications and conform to the Virginia OSHA standard and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. Work is to be completed Monday-Friday and coordinated with the Park Representative Micro Business Set-Aside for Award Priority Vendors shall direct questions to the contracting officer at cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov for documentation in a Question-and-Answer Addendum. Contractors that ask questions or seek additional information regarding this solicitation from any personnel at the park without an email to the contracting officer shall have its bid deemed non-responsive if the bid is not based on the original scope of work presented. Be sure to put Flooring Replacement Leesylvania State Park in the subject line of any emails to the contracting officer The successful bidder shall be experienced in all aspects for the tasks included in this remodel and shall have adequate labor and equipment for the scope of this projects and be able to complete the work within the forty-five (45) calendar days allotted. Should significant weather affect the successful bidders ability to complete the work, consideration will be given to extend the time Due to the importance of all bidders/offerors having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid/proposal. Bids/Proposals will only be accepted from those bidders/offerors who are represented at this prebid/preproposal conference. No one will be admitted after 1:15pm . Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation.
