This project will consist of the replacement of the existing water source heat pump system with a "variable refrigerant flow" type system Work performed under this bid and resulting contract(s) is subject to Davis-Bacon Federal wages. Current wage rates are attached in file titled "Davis Bacon Wages" for reference; rates are subject to change by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). A bid guarantee is required for this solicitation. Guarantees should be in the form of a surety bond, certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in an exact dollar amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. For example, a total bid of $100,000.00 should have a bid guarantee in the amount of $5,000.00. Performance Bond A performance bond in an exact dollar amount equal to the full amount (100%) of the contract will be required from any awarded Vendor. Payment Bond A payment bond in an exact dollar amount equal to the full amount (100%) of the contract will be required from any awarded Vendor. The City reserves the right to request clarification of any bid before bid award. Bidder's pre-printed Terms and Conditions or restrictions commonly appearing on the reverse side of letters submitted with the bid and/or bidder's specifications material and contract documents shall be disregarded and have no effect. The City reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any or all bids if it is in the best interest(s) of the City to do so.
