Deer Park Independent School District / 1Government Procurement Alliance (1GPA), will receive Competitive Sealed Bids for the materials or services specified, electronically via OpenGov Procurement, until the time and date cited. Bids received by the correct time and date shall be opened, via OpenGov Procurement, and the vendor's name and pricing shall be publicly read at the location indicated above. All other information contained in the Bid shall remain confidential until award is made. Late solicitations shall not be considered. Deer Park Independent School District (DPISD) is the Lead Agency for this solicitation. Located in Harris County, Texas, Deer Park ISD is comprised of 15 schools and several support buildings and enrollment has grown to over 12,800 students since 1930 when the first school opened. Located about 20 miles southeast of downtown Houston, the district's boundaries include most of the City of Deer Park as well as portions of Pasadena, Lynchburg and Highlands. The items and/or services listed under this Scope of Work may or may not apply to the specific needs of DPISD. Questions regarding this Invitation for Bid should be submitted via OpenGov Procurement through the same link listed in the
above paragraph. To receive notification when answers are posted on OpenGov Procurement, The scope of work for this solicitation includes an extensive array of field, court and parking lot lighting and accessories. All system components shall be UL Listed for the appropriate application. Services such as new installations, repairs, upgrades, routine maintenance, demolition/removal of existing systems, site restoration and other related services are also included.

o Remote Lighting Control and Monitoring Systems
o Web-based Database/Dashboard
o Underground Electrical Feeders
o Ground Rods
o Panel Boards
o Lighting System Transformers Questions and/or clarifications concerning this IFB will be accepted in writing through August 3, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. Request shall be transmitted via email or submitted through the OpenGov Procurement online portal located at website. Responses and amendments to this IFB, if necessary, are scheduled to be issued by August 7, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. No Bidder may rely upon oral responses made by any 1GPA employee or any lead agency representative.
