Reference Number 00003642766 Cut and removal of branches and tree rounds from approximately ~350 trees on site. The majority of the trees are white spruce that approximately ~21 m in height and run parallel with hydro line and the trees are approximately 3.6 to 4.6 m (12' to 15) from the power lines which are on the east side of the trees. On the west side of the white spruce trees are experimental forestry plots thus, the trees cannot be directly felled. A service truck with a bucket/cherry picker and/or an arborist to delimb and fell the trees from top to bottom is required. The vendor will be required to remove all branches and tree rounds off site. The 150 white spruce trees around the main office and storage buildings will need to be cut and removed and then 40 tree stumps will need to be grinded by September 4, 2023. The remaining 200 trees can be cut and removed before October 31, 2023. The work location for the proposed work is at 173, 25th Side Road, Natural Resources Centre, Rosslyn Ontario for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
