Construct a new diesel technology building and Technical/Dental building of approx. 70,000 S.F. on an existing higher education campus. The project will include site development, utilities, parking, and paving, drives and infrastructure improvements. Spaces will include high bay training space, laboratories, classrooms, and support spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs, administrative functions, student support spaces, and work simulation training. The project includes demolition of the existing diesel building and approx. 5,000 s.f. of renovation of existing facilities. Spaces will include, but not limited to, both high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill.
