Planting of 1-gallon trees, hydro-mulching construction impacted areas shown on the attached exhibits "Restoration Areas" and planting of cuttings per the Bid Schedule and "Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan" ("HMMP") and supplemental water for planting establishment through December 1st 2023. In addition, the bid shall include non-native vegetation removal and disposal in the Spring of 2024 and 2025 for planting areas. The engineer's range of construction costs for this project is $35,000 to $60,000. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located along Alisal Road per the attached exhibits. The AGENCY hereby affirmatively ensures that all business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this Notice and will not be discriminated in any consideration leading to the award of contract. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity, and to take all bids under advisement for a period of sixty (60) days as deemed in its best interest.
