Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to repair approximately 500 sq. ft. of delaminated plaster on walls and buildings of the historic Olivas Adobe. 2. V-Groove, fill and repair approximately 215 liner ft. of cracks in plaster using like kind materials. 3. Apply 3 coats of lime paint to repaired areas. The City shall be the sole judge of the successful bidder hereunder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
