The City of Spring Hill ("City") is seeking qualified consultants to assist with architectural and engineering services to develop a plan for the Peter Jenkins Greenway Connector. The City of Spring Hill is a rapidly growing city with a current population of over 50,000 citizens. There are currently two phases of the Peter Jenkins Greenway constructed and the City has received a Transportation Alternative Program ("TAP") grant through the Tennessee Department of Transportation ("TDOT") to design and construct a connector between the two phases. This would allow for connectivity and walkability within the City and is part of the City's Bicycle and Greenway Plan. o Proof of professional license to practice in the State of Tennessee. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
