The City invites Quotations from experienced and qualified Respondents for the provision of everything required including, but not limited to, all skilled labour, tools, products, materials, equipment, and services for the culvert replacement located at 11520 Baynes Road, Pitt Meadows, BC. The existing culvert crossing requires replacement for safe usage. The culvert crosses Baynes Road Ditch and is required to access an adjacent property. The proposed project generally consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and offsite disposal of the existing culvert structure, including headwalls, installation of a 2.4 m x 2.1 m concrete box culvert (supplied by the Airport), supply and installation of FlexMSE vegetated headwalls and vegetated with native herb species, barriers, guardrails, wheel stops, chainlink fences and driveway pavement structure. The scope of work further includes ditch reshaping as required, supply and install of rip rap, bypass pumping and dewatering, and all restoration work.
