Kahn Construction, Inc., program/construction manager for Florence 1 Schools, seeks interested contractors and vendors to provide pricing and cost proposals for various renovations across thirteen (13) schools or facilities in Florence 1 Schools. PLEASE NOTE: - The Notice to Proceed is projected to be issued August 10, 2023. - Access to work will be limited to Monday-Sunday 3pm to 12am, or when school is not in session. When school is not in session, work can take place during normal working hours.
