Project was not awarded, will be rebid at a later date. 2023-14 Bathroom Remodel The City of Adams reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. The City of Adams is requesting bi qualified companies to provide bid for restroom re-model. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the City of Adams to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing bids in response to this request. It is anticipated the selection of a company will be completed by December 31st, 2023. Following the notification of the selected firm it is expected a contract will be executed between both parties following the September 14th, 2023 meeting of the City of Adams Board of Commissioners The selected company will be required to provide services including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Combine two small restrooms into ONE ADA complaint restroom at Moss's Restaurant. 2. Tear out existing doors and frame out for one door. 3. Replace wood under floor. 4. Install new waterproof flooring. 5. Install new wallcoverings. 6. Install new ceilings. 7. Install new commode, new vanity with sink, and handicapped rails. 8. Paint 9. Re-work plumbing where needed.
