Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate The intent and purpose of this Invitation for bids is to establish a contract with a qualified contractor to provide electrical services at Greater Lawrence Technical School for a one year contract period with the School's option to renew for two additional one year contract periods as outlined in the attached bid specifications. All bids submitted in response to this invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. These contracts are subject to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates, OSHA Certification and DCAMM Eligibility.
