Site work for a water / sewer project in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Separate sealed bids for Water System Improvements Project: Rebid Contract No. 1: New 250 GPM State Approved Well and Rebid Contract No. 2: Distribution System Improvements. The project consists of approximately 31,479 LF of new 8, 6 & 4, 2 PVC water main installation including valves, fire hydrants, and water meters; new state approved well with pitless unit, 50 HP submersible motor and new wood pumphouse. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: City of Southwest City, 302 South Main Street, Southwest City, MO 64863. Builders Association, 521 South Ingram Mill Ave., #A, Springfield, Missouri 65802. Bid documents submitted that were obtained through a 3rd party will be considered non-responsive. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
