Generally, the Work covered by the Plans and Specifications for the Master Lift Station Replacement consists of the materials, labor, tools, and equipment required for the construction a sanitary sewer lift station. The Work includes the removal and replacement of a sanitary sewer lift station, two sanitary manholes, approximately 100 LF of gravity sanitary sewer, and approximately 100 LF of sanitary sewer force main, and other incidentals as necessary to complete the project. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidder's bond.
