Renovation of a residential development in Marianna, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Sealed proposals will be received on selected Bid Packages for the LEE COUNTY TEACHER HOUSING project for the Lee County School District. Bids must be presented on the Supplied Bid Form and MUST include a "Scope of Work" as described in the supplied Bid Package Schedule. This project consists of (5) separate "duplex" townhouse units that are similar in design. The project is located at: 188 West Chestnut St; Marianna, AR 72360. A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check is required on trade contract bids in excess of $50,000 and Material Purchase Order Contract Bids in excess of $100,000. Trade Contract Bids and Material Purchase Order Contract Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bonds. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted. Minority participation from firms is highly encouraged but not required. Both the Owner and Construction Manager/General Contractor reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
