UND Is seeking a contractor for EERC Building X Mechanical Update and Roof Replacement Scope of Work to include Rooftop air handling unit, LP steam to hot water heat exchanger, LP steam piping, hydronic piping and pumps, heat recovery run around loops, fume hoods, exhaust fans, VAV boxes, and associated supply air, return air, and exhaust air ductwork, insulation, along with building automation systems, associated electrical work, and roofing replacement.
