Site work for a water / sewer project in Glen Rose, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of approximately 330 linear feet of 6" PVC Sanitary Sewer Line by open cut, three new sanitary sewer manholes, connection to an existing manhole, and all related work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a proper Contract and execute Bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds on the forms furnished with the Contract Documents in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total Contract price, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. the work covered by these contract documents specifications and details consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and safety devices required for Sewer Line Construction. The work shall include all other miscellaneous items of construction, to be performed as outlined in these documents and the standard specifications, which are necessary to satisfactorily complete the work.
