Construct new ADA ramp, 4" sidewalk, ADA handrails, retaining curb, curb transition, curb & gutter, sawcut & overlay full depth AC pavement, reconstruct crossgutter, paint curbs, install decomposed granite. Contractor will pour concrete base around existing streetlight. Contractor is responsible to re-set electrical box, water meter box and valve that will need to be adjusted to finish grade. Contractor will contact and coordinate with business owner to ensure business will remain open during regular business hours.
