The City is seeking Professional Qualifications from Structural Engineering Firms and/or individuals to provide structural engineering services on an as needed basis. The selected engineering firm(s) will be responsible for providing complete engineering services for a wide range of projects as may be required by the City of Fort Myers. Firm(s) shall be responsible for knowledge and compliance with all relative local, state and federal codes and regulations. Anticipated services may include but not be limited to: 1. Forensic Engineering Studies 2. Structural Design including but not limited to land surveying and engineering testing 3. Condition Assessments 4. Evaluation and Reports 5. Structural Rehabilitation 6. Failure Investigations 7. Specialized Testing 8. Construction Engineering and Observation 9. Design Recommendations 10. Construction Drawings 11. Construction Specifications 12. Permitting 13. Bidding and negotiation services 14. Conceptual estimates for new construction and renovation/retrofit projects 15. As-built Drawings (CAD) 16. Warranty Inspections Q&A Deadline 07/26/2023 5:00 PM (EDT) This contract may be used in the event of a disaster such as hurricane, flood, tornado, earthquake or similar event.
